What You'll Do: Your Impact
As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will own the day-to-day operations of our facility. You'll be the go-to leader on the floor, responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
- Lead Daily Operations: Manage the entire flow of our warehouse, from receiving and inventory storage to production (labeling, filling) and shipping.
- Own Inventory Control: Take full responsibility for inventory accuracy using our ERP/WMS. You'll manage cycle counts, organize storage, and ensure our systems are always up-to-date.
- Supervise & Develop the Team: Train, schedule, and mentor our team of warehouse associates. You'll foster a positive, safe, and productive environment.
- Be the Key Holder: As a trusted leader, you will manage the daily opening and closing of the facility, ensuring it's secure and ready for business.
- Drive Efficiency: Proactively manage the reordering of supplies and packaging, identify opportunities for process improvements, and help us scale our operations.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold our high standards for safety, sanitation, and compliance (OSHA & GMP).
What You'll Bring: Your Skills
We're looking for a blend of hands-on warehouse experience and natural leadership ability.
- Experience: 2-4+ years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or production environment.
- Demonstrated Leadership: You have experience training teammates, leading small projects, or have acted as a shift lead (a formal supervisor title is not required).
- Bilingual Communication: Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a strong asset for leading our diverse team.
- Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with computers, inventory software (ERP/WMS), and can learn new systems quickly.
- Ultimate Reliability: You have a strong sense of ownership and can be trusted to be a key holder and leader.
- A Hands-On Mentality: You enjoy working alongside your team and aren't afraid to jump in to pack an order, print labels, or operate equipment.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: You are organized, detail-oriented, and can think on your feet.
- Education: A High School Diploma or GED is required. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus, but not required. We value hands-on experience.
