About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives on innovation and rapid experimentation. You’ll play a key role in shaping the seller experience for a well-known global marketplace, designing emotionally resonant, high-impact digital experiences.

You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, strategists, and designers to bring ideas to life—from initial concepts to polished, user-friendly products. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves diving into details and crafting designs that improve user journeys while driving key business metrics.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery to final UI and engineering handover.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate your ideas.
• Validate concepts through user research, usability testing, and market analysis.
• Ensure designs align with business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs.
• Craft simple, intuitive, and engaging experiences for a global audience.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to bring designs to life and solve challenges together.
• Participate in design critiques and stakeholder reviews to refine and improve work.

• Strong visual and interaction design skills with great attention to detail.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile (iOS/Android).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially with product and engineering teams.
• Comfort with research-driven design, including user research and A/B testing.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working within design systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketplace, e-commerce, or community-driven platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Familiarity with motion design or interactive prototyping.
