SUMMARY

In this role, you'll dive into various HR functions, from spicing up our safety programs to helping us find awesome new team members and building out compensation models. ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsibilities:

• Compensation Explorer: Research and analyze compensation trends, and assist in developing and updating compensation programs. Help us ensure we're offering competitive packages that attract and retain top talent.
• Safety Superhero: Help us create and improve safety programs, develop engaging safety training, and analyze data to keep our workplace secure and sound. You'll be like the safety sidekick our team needs!
• Onboarding Extraordinaire: Make our new hires feel welcome by integrating fun and informative safety modules into the onboarding process.
• Data Detective: Combine safety data with HR data to uncover trends and create reports that tell a story about our workplace safety.
• Event Planner Extraordinaire: Get ready to plan and execute awesome team events, including themed days, cook-offs, and off-site adventures. Help us make work feel less like work!
• Recruitment Rockstar: Assist in creating job videos to attract top talent and help build out job profiles. Be a part of our recruitment marketing team.
• Happiness Ambassador: Help us build and maintain a happy workplace! Brainstorm and implement fun initiatives, and respond to team surveys.
• General HR Support: Assist with other HR tasks as needed, such as researching DOT programs and providing support to the safety task force.
• Uber positive enthusiastic WINNING ATTITUDE!
• Be a communication rock star
• Take on Special Projects that will help us Supply Happiness to Drexel Team Members
• As you grow in your role you will assist in training and motivating new team members

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• HR or Safety related major preferred.
• An outgoing, can-do attitude and infectious energy!
• A love of learning and background that involves putting customers first
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Stellar attention to detail
• A strong Google Suite skillset
• Confidence in speaking to, and engaging with individuals and small groups
