Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join a reputable company in the construction and materials industry in Corona, CA. This full-time role is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys logistics coordination while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with order inquiries, scheduling, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with drivers and the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Input and update order information in dispatch and tracking systems.
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and delivery schedules.
• Support dispatch operations with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatch software (training provided).

Required Work Hours:

The position offers two scheduling options: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
