Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, productivity, and compliance with company procedures. This role is responsible for leading and motivating warehouse employees, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring high standards of performance on the sorting lines. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce safety and security guidelines, as established by CheckSammy, in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Drive morale, efficiency, speed, and accuracy on the sort lines.
• Enforce systems, processes, and procedures as established by CheckSammy.
• Report tracked metrics to senior management staff on a regular basis, as established by CheckSammy.
• Assist with driving and enforcing a productive and positive work environment, atmosphere, and culture.
• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including sorting, baling, material handling, and shipment preparation.
• Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and monitor employee performance to ensure daily goals are met.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of warehouse employees.
• Oversee equipment operation and ensure maintenance needs are communicated promptly.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR to address performance issues, attendance, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse or production leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of OSHA and general safety compliance.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
