Position Overview
Built in referrals from inside the group (including referrals from surrounding rural offices), ready-made patient panel.
Ability to collaborate within the Mercy Health Network of Radiation Oncologists to share best practices and resources and team with local Hematology/Oncology providers.
Position covers one location site, MercyOne Cancer Center, Dubuque Iowa.
Market competitive compensation package includes base pay, bonuses, and relocation assistance.

Shareholder eligibility after the first full calendar year.

Comprehensive Cancer Center
Medical Associates Hematology/Oncology team opened a state of the art, fully integrated, comprehensive cancer center at the MercyOne Cancer Center in June 2020. The center is the first in Dubuque and the tri-state region to conveniently offer an array of hematology/oncology outpatient services including chemotherapy infusion along with radiation oncology services in the same building. Features of the cancer center include state-of-the-art technology, access to pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, nurse navigators, and other members of the care team in one convenient location.
