As the Vice President of Home Health Operations, you will spearhead startup operations in New Mexico, establishing a strong foundation and culture as the first hire in this new market. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading operations to ensure compliance with regulations and agency goals.
• Building and developing teams through hiring, training, and empowerment.
• Optimizing finances by managing budgets and monitoring performance.
• Fostering collaboration with stakeholders, including staff, clients, and policymakers.
• Promoting quality care aligned with clinical best practices.
• Elevating community awareness through education and marketing efforts.

Qualifications include 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field and RN credentials. This on-site role in Albuquerque requires regional travel. The salary range is $90,000 to $110,000, plus incentives.
