Delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation; directing and coordinating nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards; collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes; support the organization vision and mission; utilize knowledge of patient’s age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care; contribute to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.

Registered Nurses may work in any of the following specialties: Case Management, Cardiovascular/ICU, Cardiovascular/OR, Cath Lab, Coronary Care, Dialysis, Educator, ER, ER-ICU, EP, Intensive Care, Intensive Care-Coronary Care, Labor & Delivery, Long-term Care, Medical-Surgical, Neonatal ICU, Neurology, OR-Perioperative, First Assist, Obstetrics, Oncology, Orthopedics, PACU-Recovery Room, Pediatric, Pediatric ICU, Post-partum & Newborn Nursery, Psychiatric, Radiology, Rehabilitation, Step-down, Telemetry, and Urgent Care. A minimum (1) year successful experience in area of specialization may be required.

Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-RN-Indiana, ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support)

Physical Abilities: From 50-100lbs
