ATLANTA COMMUNITY NEWS RETAIL STORE: Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport
Position: Retail Supervisor / Inventory Control
Help the General Manager and Operational Managers with daily store operations, and collaborate with specialty brands that drive our retail business.
Handle store opening, closing, and shift change procedures.
Manage cash register tasks, including spot checks, end-of-shift cash reconciliations, void processing, and deposits.
Ensure staff arrive on time in full, clean uniforms, including nametags.
Report staff tardiness and absences to management.
Make sure customers are greeted promptly and served by well-trained associates.
Effectively manage customer lines.
Train & provide daily coaching to the staff.
Assign daily duties to sales associates and keep them informed about daily sales targets
Strong product knowledge and ensure proper stock replenishment and rotation.
Maintain housekeeping standards (e.g., dusting, folding, sweeping, mopping).
Stay alert to prevent theft and enforce policies to control internal shrinkage.
Required Qualifications:
Ability to manage and help plan daily activities with Leadership
At least one year of experience as a retail supervisor

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong time-management and multitasking skills
