JAARS is a Christian, non-profit organization, which provides transportation and communication solutions, to advance the gospel of Jesus Christ around the world. The JAARS Training Center in Waxhaw, NC has a high volume of staff, guests, and trainees on-site each day. The Training Center consists of housing units, offices, classrooms, outdoor training space, and an airport. JAARS security officers monitor global and domestic operations and have an essential role in conducting ongoing risk analysis. They also work to ensure reliable communication with all staff and are prepared to coordinate an appropriate response in the event of a crisis, impacting the organization’s work.
