We’re seeking a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager to lead our ZWILLING Shop in your area. If you’re a career-minded leader with a love for culinary excellence and retail, we’d love to grow with you!

Personnel Management:

• Recruit top talent for retail stores.
• Train team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and store operations
• Motivate and develop staff through coaching, feedback, and regular performance assessments
• Foster a safe, positive, and collaborative work environment
• Uphold company policies and standards

Retail Store Operations:

• Analyze and optimize store performance to maximize profitability
• Identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable feedback
• Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and welcoming for both customers and employees.

Marketing and Customer Relations

• Deliver exceptional and consistent customer service
• Build local brand awareness through community outreach initiatives
• Collaborate on the planning and execution of in-store and off-site events

Qualifications and Skills:

• A genuine passion for culinary products and experiences
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant retail experience.
• Minimum 3 years of retail sales management experience
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills
• Professional, adaptable, and collaborative approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 35 lbs. or more
• Comfortable using a ladder

Salary Range: $60,000.00- $65,000.00 per year based upon experience.
