Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and processes.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address quality issues.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to enhance product quality.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma or ISO 9001 are a plus.
