Responsibilities: Collaborate with the worldbuilding team to explore and present solid designs, incubate new concepts, and establish visual tone. Validate environmental art tonality through Key Art presentations. Long-term exploration of the game's IP tonality and aesthetics. Requirements: Strong conceptual design and efficient production skills. Excellent aesthetic sensibilities, capable of integrating various art styles. Proficient in concept visualization and knowledgeable about concept art and styles. 3-6 years of concept art and design experience. Preference for Eastern aesthetic themes or modern fantasy. Location: California, Washington Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $141,600 to $238,800 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered. Employees are also eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) plan, accrue from 15 up to 25 days of vacation leave per year, up to 10 paid holidays per year, 2 floating holidays, and accrue up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year.
