We are seeking an energetic and experienced Piano Teacher to join our team! As a Piano Teacher, you will allow your students to pick their favorite genres, while creating and implementing a comprehensive fun-filled curriculum. Your goal is to create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, and has a passion for teaching!
Responsibilities: - Plan a curriculum that meets Academy standards
- Encourage the development of students musical skills
- Prepare any necessary learning materials
- Document students learning progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and Academy personnel to create a healthy and safe learning environment
- Stay up to date with trends in both teaching and the music industry
Qualifications :
- Previous experience teaching music preferred
- Accompaniment & Vocal preferred, (but not necessary)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent leadership and time management skills
- The ability to make decisions under pressure
