We are seeking a confident, customer-focused, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Part-Time Newborn Photographer Sales Associate. In this role, you will take charge of promoting and selling newborn photography packages to families within the hospital environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and sales skills, as well as the ability to engage with new parents and their families in a warm and sensitive manner. You will serve as the primary point of contact for families, providing them with comprehensive information about photography packages and guiding them in selecting the perfect option.

Previous sales experience and a genuine passion for photography are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Set up same-day appointments to accommodate 15-minute mini-photo sessions
• Handle and pose newborns and edit on-site
• Present and sell packages and process orders for customers

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Experience in sales is a plus
• Creative and self-motivated individual with a passion for photography
• Experience in family photography is preferred
• Proficiency in editing photos using software such as Adobe Lightroom Classic
• Reliable transportation and the ability to lift photography equipment (up to 20 lbs)

Required Equipment:

• DSLR or Mirrorless Camera with 18 MP or higher (no camera phones)
• Portrait lens with a fixed aperture preferred (i.e., F1.8 or F2.8)
• Laptop with at least 513 GB drive and 16 GB of memory
• Adobe Lightroom Classic
• Speedlite (external flash)

Pay: $157-288 per week average
