Job Description: Litigation Paralegal(Multi-Practice Law Firm)

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory materials.
• Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, discovery materials, and related documentation.
• Draft and review legal correspondence, contracts, and other client-related documents.
• Manage all aspects of document production, including coordinating e-discovery efforts.
• Prepare deposition summaries and assist with witness interviews and preparation.
• Schedule and coordinate hearings, depositions, and other litigation-related proceedings.
• Assist with trial preparation, including assembling trial binders, exhibits, and courtroom logistics.
• Stay current on relevant legal developments, court rules, and procedural changes.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• In-depth understanding of litigation procedures and legal terminology.
• Proficiency with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case/document management systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with electronic filing systems (e-filing) and court document submission procedures.
