What You'll Do This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for the client regarding any requirements related to Android development. Work with the Product Manager and Designer to design and development of our Android application Involvement in the complete development cycle -product development, test automation, CI/CD pipeline, and application development. Provide technical leadership in the end-to-end design, development, and testing of solutions. Work with technical leads, managers, and Product stakeholders to define and manage the technical roadmap. Prepare and present potential technical solutions and advise the business on approach and tradeoffs. Provide high-level effort estimates in the absence of detailed requirements. Communicate solution approaches to architects, project teams, and other stakeholders. What You Know Strong Android hands-on experience. 3+ years of Lead experience Work experience in Design Systems or knowledge of Design Systems Working Experience and expertise in Compose Working with Figma Excellent communication and presentation skills. Will require to show demos for components and coach the team for adoption of the libraries.
