Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial new build projects in the Austin, TX area. This role requires expertise in managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the construction lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead MEP scope management from preconstruction to project completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Review MEP design documents, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local codes.
• Coordinate MEP subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress, safety compliance, and quality.
• Identify and resolve any MEP-related conflicts or issues to maintain project timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing MEP scopes on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and MEP-related technologies.
