Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment within a production facility. This role requires strong mechanical skills, including welding and fabrication, and the ability to perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on systems ranging from 110v to 480v.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment.
• Perform mechanical repairs on hydraulics, pneumatics, transfer conveyors, thermal ovens, machining centers, and general maintenance tasks.
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs of 110v - 480v systems, including wiring, installations, and connector circuits.
• Perform preventative maintenance, including oiling, greasing, and inspections.
• Maintain over 50 overhead cranes and hoists in the plant.
• Conduct facilities maintenance as needed.
• Independently handle older machinery requiring extensive troubleshooting.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally 5+ years.
• Experience in a heavy manufacturing environment, preferably with metal fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00/yr. Company offers competitive benefits medical, dental, critical illness, health accounts, pet insurance, 401K with company match, tuition reimbursement, and more.
