Responsibilities for Licensed Insurance Agent jobs include:

• Utilize product scripts effectively during calls and provide exceptional customer service as a Licensed Insurance Agent specializing in Accident and Health.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and consistently meet daily performance goals.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the call center database.

• Use data insights to propose improvements to processes.

• Handle a large volume of calls promptly, understand customer needs, and efficiently resolve issues.

• Recommend enhancements for systems and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer-support role

• Must have a valid Insurance Agent License in the state of Pennsylvania

• Strong active-listening and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in problem-solving

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
