As our Junior Estimator , you are a valuable part of our success collaborating with the team to deliver "Powerful Solutions".

Some of What You'll Do :

• Prioritize safety above all.
• Interpret plans and specifications to formulate comprehensive cost estimates.
• Prepare and present bids, attend pre-bid meetings, and conduct site visits.
• Perform quantity take-offs and construct bid item work breakdown structures.
• Estimate project costs through data compilation and review with senior management.
• Facilitate project hand-off meetings and attend project close-out meetings for continuous improvement.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and engineering firms.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Need :

• Associate degree or minimum of 1 year experience of electrical estimating experience with an electrical contractor.
• Diverse project experience, including commercial, institutional, healthcare, industrial, fire alarm, security systems, and EV systems.
• Exposure to ConEst software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Practical knowledge of electrical installation, estimating techniques, and cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and pursue necessary education and certifications for career development.
• Stable work history is a must.
• Effective collaboration with both office and field team members.
• Strong customer service and communication skills(verbal/written).
• Willingness to travel to branches as needed.

Additional Qualifications That We Value:

• Journeyman License or Degree
