Position Summary Responsible, as the first-line operational supervisor, for training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience, including ensuring quality food, executing guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with all Jack in the Box procedures, systems, and standards. Key Responsibilities Guest Expectations: Train, coach, and model behaviors for excellent guest service, including problem-solving, maintaining professionalism during busy times, and embodying the JIB Hospitality Model. Appearance & Hygiene: Enforce uniform and grooming standards; model professional appearance. Customer Service: Ensure friendly, respectful interactions; handle complaints proactively and positively. Operational Readiness: Maintain cleanliness, assist during busy times, and ensure team preparedness. Food Quality & Safety: Monitor food presentation, taste, temperature, and safety protocols. Speed & Accuracy: Lead efforts to provide quick, accurate service and ensure order correctness. Brand Representation: Be a passionate ambassador for Jack in the Box, inspiring team pride. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate team members; ensure a positive, productive work environment. Restaurant Maintenance: Oversee cleanliness and safety in all areas, including front and back of house operations. Qualifications: 6+ months JIB experience or 1-year supervisory experience; effective communication skills; basic math; computer literacy; ability to stand/walk most of the shift; ability to lift 15-25 lbs.
