Investment Banking Analyst

Position Overview
The Investment Banking Analyst will support the investment banking team in various projects, including mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and valuation analysis. The role involves conducting market research, preparing financial reports, and providing critical analysis to assist in deal execution and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis to support transaction decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for client meetings and pitches.
• Perform industry and market research to gather relevant data for client projects.
• Collaborate with senior bankers in executing mergers and acquisitions and other advisory services.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses to facilitate decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a focus on valuation techniques.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior internship or experience in investment banking, investment accounting, or mergers and acquisitions is a plus.
