Job Summary:

As A Generator Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of various types of generators. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our clients' power systems operate efficiently and reliably. You will work both independently and as a part of a team to troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and provide exceptional customer service. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and system inspections. 
• Perform diagnostics testing to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining technical issues in a clear and concise manner. 
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and follow-up required. 
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. 
• Stay current with industry advancements and continuously improve technical skills through training and certification. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven mechanical skills
• Strong troubleshooting-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
