Job Summary/Basic Function

This position works collaboratively with event staff, campus partners and off-campus guests to ensure events are executed with careful attention to detail and outstanding customer service. This includes event coordination, event administration and miscellaneous responsibilities to assist the department functions

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to learn industry specific software applications
• Experience & accuracy in data entry
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Intermediate computer skills
• Strong customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 4 years event planning experience
• Strong Microsoft Suite skills

Salary $42,300 $50,700 annually

The final salary will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, certifications, and alignment with the positions requirements. Other considerations may include internal equity and market conditions.
