Store Asset Protection Associate Full Time Join to apply for the Store Asset Protection Associate Full Time role at Five Below. Work closely with the General Manager to ensure employees follow policies and procedures. Maintain the employee entrance where applicable and track packages delivered through the employee entrance (excluding normal scheduled shipments). Conduct store physical security checks and make recommendations to prevent loss. Perform figure-8s in store and move throughout the store as needed. Provide a visual presence at the entrance/exit and interact professionally with customers. Conduct safety inspections and communicate hazards to store management. Qualifications Good verbal and written communication skills. Customer service skills; ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management. High school diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years of retail loss prevention experience. Basic understanding of retail or security. Ability to work nights and weekends according to retail business needs. Must be able to stand/walk the sales floor for 8 hours at a time. Must be able to lift and carry 20 lbs. Regular time and attendance is an essential function of the job. Ability to work independently and have a full understanding of Five Below policies and procedures. General product knowledge in key departmental areas.
