Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Provide legal services related to estate planning trusts and estates probate and estate administration/settlement.
• Assist with succession planning.
• Engage in handson training and mentorship.
• Collaborate and integrate within the community to aid in professional development.

Experience you will need:

• Knowledge of estate planning and trusts and estates.
• Experience in probate and estate administration.
• Understanding of succession planning.
• Ability to work and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• At least one (1) to two (2) years of private practice experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the Wisconsin State Bar.
• Experience in accounting and business is a plus.
