We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Associate to join our team! In this position, This Sales Associate will be responsible for answering phones, talking with customers, sales support, parts ordering, permit applications, inspection scheduling, warehouse support and OSHA related activities. This position offers a wide perspective of the entire business and consists of a variety of activities. The goal for this position is to learn about all areas of the business which would lead to a full time sales position.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and gather relevant information
• Make outbound telephone calls to customers regarding service parts and county inspections
• Answer inbound telephone calls and field questions
• Input customer information into CRM
• Research sourcing and pricing for service parts
• Create sales invoices and purchase orders
• File permit applications
• Schedule county inspections
• Organize and maintain sales brochures from vendors
• Support our OSHA compliance and maintain OSHA records
• Assist in warehouse as needed
• Perform other office and sales tasks and cross-train as needed

Qualifications:

• Interest in technical sales
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Basic math skills
• Phone skills
• Honesty, integrity, confidence and a good work ethic are expected
• Forklift and warehouse experience is a plus
