Healthcare Support is actively seeking a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDCES) for an exciting opportunity with a reputable employer in Fort Myers, FL . Join a leading healthcare team as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, helping patients achieve healthier outcomes through expert guidance and support.

Daily Responsibilities For Certified Diabetes Educator (CDCES)

• Oversee patient care, set health and satisfaction goals, and provide expert guidance and consultation while collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless, high-quality care

Required Qualifications For Certified Diabetes Educator (CDCES)

• Active RN License in the state of Florida OR Florida Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist
• 2+ years of experience in Diabetes Self-Management Education
• Must have CDCES
• Must have a National Registration as an RD (if a dietician)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm

Pay Details: $31.00 - $43.00/hr + $5K Sign on bonus!
