We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our academic team at a distinguished private school in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL area. This full-time position is ideal for educators committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive instruction in core subjects, including English Language Arts, Social Studies, Math, and Science.
• Collaborate effectively within a bilingual educational framework, working alongside French language educators.
• Customize teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse student needs and interests.
• Create and maintain a nurturing, safe, and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Engage in curriculum development and spearhead project-based learning initiatives.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching at the elementary level.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Education.
• Solid grounding in English/ELA and Mathematics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A student-centered teaching philosophy.
• Proficiency with educational technology and innovative teaching methods.
• Flexibility, creativity, and adaptability in teaching various grades.
• A commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
• Proficiency in French is advantageous but not mandatory.
