Data Manager - Immediate Hire

The International Leadership Charter High School is a high performing College Preparatory high school dedicated to providing an exceptional secondary school education to first and second-generation students to graduate college ready. The International Leadership Charter High School implements an academically rigorous Regents and college-preparatory curriculum that elevates students' intellectual capacity and provides a superior high school education. Our Charter High school is in the Top 1% High School out of 500 NYC Public High Schools and Recipient of Bronze Award from U.S. News & World Report for Best High Schools nationally 2013 through 2023.

Position Duties and Expectations:
•Collaborate closely with the school leadership team and CEO to compile, manage and interpret student performance and achievement data.
•Will provide reports as requested by the CEO and Director of Curriculum and Instruction.
•Submit data as required by charter authorizer and complete annual APPR submission
•Demonstrated mastery of excel and the creation of graphs, charts and tables for review
•Align our charter school benchmarks with data analysis programs that will produce predictive data monthly or as requested.

Preferred Qualifications :
•Advanced experience with Excel and comfort creating pivot tables and "If" functions.
•Intermediate experience joining or merging data tables or spreadsheet files using at least one of the following statistical computing languages: R, Python, or SQL (or a similar tool).

Qualifications:

The minimum qualifications for this position are a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or public administration, Actuarial Science, and/or a Master's in Education or a related field, is a plus though not required.
