About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the Chief Research and Data Officer. This strategic and execution-focused role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and strategic execution within the global team of analysts and data professionals. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the Chief Research and Data Officer, supporting leadership teams across research, and data and custom organizations. Responsibilities include strategic planning and execution, executive communications, cross-functional coordination, and leading special projects to enhance the technology enablement of the research, data, and custom organizations. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in team enablement, supporting talent development, onboarding, and fostering a high-performing, globally distributed team. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in strategy, operations, or similar roles within technology, research, or data-driven organizations. The role requires a candidate with a proven ability to work with executive leadership, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and possess strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Experience in a global, matrixed environment is preferred, and an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, a catalyst for innovation, and operational rigor, with a focus on seamless coordination, accelerated execution of strategic initiatives, and enhanced visibility and alignment across global teams.
