About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in its rapid growth and expansion. The successful candidate will work closely with the COO and the entire executive team, taking on a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the company's operations scale effectively. This includes owning projects in recruiting, onboarding, finance, and procurement. The Chief of Staff will be instrumental in managing the recruiting pipeline, overseeing global hiring compliance, and ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience for all new hires. Additionally, the role involves leading procurement efforts, negotiating with vendors, and spearheading change-management initiatives and company-wide communications. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying process bottlenecks and automating workflows, and will have a proven track record of thriving in a high-pressure, multi-faceted environment. Candidates for the Chief of Staff position at the company should be based in the United States and be willing to travel. The role requires a professional with 3-5 years' experience in operations, executive assistance, or a similar role at high-growth startups, and who is an expert communicator with a strong background in managing multiple responsibilities.
