Join Our Team as a Credit Card Call Center Representative - Roanoke VA (100% Onsite)
We're looking for motivated individuals with greawt communication skills and a passion for customer service to join our dynamic team. This role offers great growth potential and the possibility of permanent placement. Training Schedule (First 8 Weeks): Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Shifts (Post-Training):
- Shift Hours: You will be assigned a structured 8-hour shift within the following coverage windows:
- Day Shift Window: 4:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Night Shift Window: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM
- Work Week: This is a full-time position requiring one weekend shift (either Saturday or Sunday).
- Days Off: Your days off will not be consecutive. They will be split between one weekend day and one weekday (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).

Responsibilities

- Pay: $20.00 per hour , paid weekly !
- Location: 100% On-Site in Roanoke, VA 24019. Remote work is not available.
- Contract with Opportunity for Extension or Temp to Hire

Training & Start Dates - Upcoming Classes: January 12th, 2026, and January 20th, 2026.
- Training Schedule (8 Weeks, Paid): Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Attendance Note: Time off during the 8-week training period is not approved and missed time during training can lead to the end of the assignment.
Your Daily Impact - As a Representative, you will handle a high volume of calls (approximately 75-100 per shift), acting as the first point of contact for credit card account holders.
- Assist customers with credit card account inquiries, payment details, balance reviews, and profile updates.
- Maintain a customer-first mindset while managing a high call volume, particularly during early-morning shifts.
- Facilitate seamless "warm transfers" to other departments.
- Meet performance metrics (Average Handle Time, Quality Assurance scores) with regular feedback to ensure your success.
