Must be fluent in Spanish, must be able to speak, read and write in Spanish and English . We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

To be successful as an Administrative Assistant, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Administrative Assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Administrative Assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

Skills:

· Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

· Typing of at least 45 WPM

· Strong Grammar and Spelling Skills

· Project Management Capabilities

· Self Starter

· Great Organizational Skills

· Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office

Duties:

· reception duties including but not limited to: telephone answering, client fulfillment, scheduling, and call directing as appropriate Client Orientations: gathering and documenting all required information

· Client Installations: providing and documenting all necessary keys, access codes, etc.

· Client Services Billing: documentation of all daily service charges of clients

· Administrative assistance with 317VS day-to-day tasks as directed by 317VS Operations Manager

· Other duties as may be required from time to time.

· This is not a work from home position; the position is for an in house receptionist position

Training Period:

· 317 will provide on-site and on the job training for the position. As an employee of 317 Virtual Services, you are expected to maintain and uphold company standards. These Include:

· Not holding a job outside of 317 Virtual Services.

· Maintaining the confidentiality of all company and client information. You will be required to sign

a confidentiality and non-compete agreement as a condition of employment.

· Performing and Acting in a professional manner at all times. Professional dress is required at all

times.

· Disclose any and all potential conflicts of interest

· Complying with all reasonable requests from your supervisor and 317 Virtual Services Senior

Management.

· Some travel may be required from time to time for conferences, work at other 317 service

locations and initial and ongoing training.

· Faithfully observing the company guidelines, policies and standards.

317 Virtual Services may require now or at some future date to conduct a background information check.
