The ideal candidate will support bartenders in maintaining a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, and other bar supplies. - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. - Collect and dispose of trash, clean up spills, and keep bar stations tidy. - Ensure all bar equipment is functioning properly and report any issues. - Support bartenders during busy periods by preparing garnishes, refilling ice bins, and performing other tasks as needed. - Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Requirements: - Previous experience as a barback or in a similar role is preferred. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. - Good communication skills and a team player attitude. - Must be at least 21 years of age. - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
