As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you’ll use your specialized regional and functional experience and attention to detail to develop assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters. As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst on our team, you’ll explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help your client understand their mission environment through intelligence production. Using your comprehensive understanding of analytic tradecraft, defense intelligence, and intelligence information systems, you’ll research, evaluate, and produce finished intelligence and other data to assess the operational environment, enhance readiness, and inform joint command and component organizations’ intelligence and information gaps. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time-critical analysis, often under pressure. You Have 8+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis Experience analyzing defense intelligence topics, including military capabilities, political-military issues, order of battle, infrastructure, cyber, human terrain, or threat finance Experience applying client writing styles and all-source analytic tradecraft standards, including ICD 203 and ICD 206 Experience briefing intelligence products to senior military and government officials Experience working in a watch-floor environment Knowledge of IC-standard intelligence and production tools, databases, techniques, and platforms Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have Experience as an all-source intelligence analyst supporting a CCMD or component organization Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with leadership TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Master's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
