Title: Agile Scrum Master

Location: Regional Description (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation:

Pay Range: $54.00-$77.00/Hrs

Description:

• Support global markets technology for equities and fixed income businesses.
• Lead and facilitate Scrum events and meetings.
• Mentor teams in agile principles and self-organization.
• Foster collaboration and communication within teams and stakeholders.
• Manage sprints, track progress, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Adapt to mixed delivery methodologies and new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and conduct testing cycles, including acceptance criteria and user acceptance testing.
• Remove obstacles hindering team progress and resolve issues.
• Serve as a liaison between business partners and technical teams.
• Manage global project teams and prioritize deliverables.
• Support production delivery rollouts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10 years of experience as a business analyst in a financial setting.
• Trained in Agile and Scrum methodology.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in databases and project management tools.
