Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Working Foreman - Construction Manufacturing located in Montezuma, IA. The Working Foreman is a key part of our leadership team -- spending 80% of your time working side-by-side with the production crew in floor deck, wall panel and roof truss work cells. You'll oversee operations, coach team members, and ensure quality, safety and production goals are met.
Qualifications
