Job Title: Window Cleaning Manager
Position Summary:
The Window Cleaning Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the window cleaning operation—from team leadership and training to scheduling, quoting, and hands-on cleaning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering quality service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and train new window cleaning team members
- Work alongside crews in the field, setting an example in both customer service and cleaning standards
- Conduct on-the-job training , ensuring consistency and adherence to company processes
- Create accurate customer quotes for residential window cleaning services, including onsite assessments as needed
- Schedule and assign jobs through our internal system
- Monitor team performance and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Communicate with customers before and after jobs to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain inventory of window cleaning supplies and ensure proper use and care of equipment
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies
- Identify and address operational challenges or customer concerns proactively
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in window cleaning or residential cleaning (3+ years preferred)
- Prior leadership or team management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to create estimates and work with scheduling software
- Physically fit and comfortable working on ladders and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
