Job Description ON SITE ONLY . While we are open to hybrid and remote work arrangements for trusted long-term employees, new hires must start working from our Madison office. This is an entry-level web developer position with a salary range of $55,000 to $60,000 annually. Our team values adaptability and versatility, often 'wearing many hats.' We prioritize the right tools for each project, which can involve various tech stacks. We seek individuals eager to learn, grow, and innovate. You will participate in all aspects of the development process, including web application design, client interaction, and project planning and implementation. As a full-time role (40 hours/week), we offer an in-network POS healthcare plan through Quartz, a retirement package, and an engaging work environment with a casual dress code, game room, and open office in Madison’s East Washington corridor. There are opportunities for career advancement within the company. Qualifications A college degree in computer science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
