Key Responsibilities - Inventory & Stock Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, track product movement, and ensure timely restocking based on seasonal updates.
- Warehouse & Supplier Coordination: Communicate with our warehouse to determine stock requirements, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all incoming merchandise meets company standards and promptly address any discrepancies.
- Shipment Accuracy: Oversee receiving, identifying, and documenting inventory transactions to ensure efficiency.
- Performance Measurement: Track and report warehouse activities, employee performance, and stock effectiveness.
- Storage Organization: Keep inventory and warehouse areas well-organized to optimize efficiency and minimize errors.
- Team Management: Communicate job expectations, assign workloads, coach warehouse employees, and determine staffing needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, introduce innovations, and enhance warehouse operational procedures.
- Department Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to align inventory needs with business objectives.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Inventory Manager, or similar role in retail (preferably clothing or fashion).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse software, and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency is a plus).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to warehouse operational challenges.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with teams, including international suppliers.
- Ability to analyze stock data and make informed decisions to optimize inventory levels.
- Experience in team supervision and warehouse operations management.
