TMC Staffing is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage and train staff and ensure the efficient flow of goods from receipt to shipment. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, and coordinating with other departments to meet operational goals.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) must be flexible to work overtime when needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations: Supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Staff management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse employees, providing guidance, performance feedback, and motivation.
• Inventory control: Track inventory levels, ensure accuracy through regular audits, and manage stock to meet demand and prevent shortages.
• Logistics coordination: Coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of products and materials to and from the warehouse.
• Safety and compliance: Maintain a safe work environment, ensure compliance with all health, safety, and state regulations, and conduct safety training.
• Equipment and facility maintenance: Monitor warehouse equipment and ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained.
• Documentation and reporting: Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, such as shipping manifests and inventory records, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
