Warehouse Supervisor
Qualifications:
· Pharmaceutical or food/beverage industry experience a plus
· Excellent communication skills
· cGMP knowledge
· Detail oriented
· Microsoft Word/Excel proficiency
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
· Associate’s degree a plus
Responsibilities:
· Supervise warehouse personnel and assist with their job duties when necessary
· Receive items, both serialized and non-serialized, performing necessary entries into the company ERP system. Unpack containers; verify freight bills and DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) documentation
· Maintain good organization within the warehouse and make sure that all ERP transactions are made contemporaneously with the actions/movements that are being documented
· Remove components from inventory and issue to production batches
· Verify quantity production scrap on a per batch basis. Oversee disposal of all scrap.
· Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with ERP system totals
· Maintain communication with Purchasing department regarding material reorder points
· Remove components from inventory and issue to production batches.
· Conduct monthly inventory to verify products/batch numbers/expiration dates/locations
· Maintain shipping and receiving supplies
· Maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
· Additional duties as needed
