Job Description

We’re seeking a proven Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our Jurupa Valley facility. (Second Shift)
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive performance, uphold safety and accuracy standards, and develop a high-performing team in a dynamic distribution environment.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, putaway, picking, staging, and shipping
Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates across multiple functions
Conduct daily shift huddles to align the team on goals, updates, and safety initiatives
Ensure shipments are accurate, damage-free, and shipped on time
Manage attendance, performance, and staffing needs in coordination with HR
Enforce safety protocols and support basic equipment maintenance
Monitor workflow, identify process improvements, and track key KPIs
Maintain accurate documentation, including timekeeping and operational updates

3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience with supervisory responsibilities
Valid forklift certification and hands-on equipment experience
Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills
Highly organized, decisive, and adaptable under pressure
Familiarity with WMS/warehouse systems and performance tracking
