Join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor, where you'll oversee all daily operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and guide a dedicated crew toward excellence in receiving, storage, and distribution. This role is the backbone of our supply chain, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in precision, leadership, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll lead with impact and make sure every item, order, and person in the warehouse is part of a smooth-running operation. Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring accuracy of physical inventory and executing inventory transactions in SAP
• Leading processes related to picking, kitting, receiving, and inventory control
• Scheduling incoming and outgoing shipments of raw materials and finished goods
• Training, guiding, and motivating warehouse staff in proper procedures and safety standards
• Maintaining warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Preparing departmental reports and verifying purchase documentation
• Coordinating with Buyer/Planners on problem orders and vendor instructions
• Overseeing preparation of shipments in accordance with routing guidelines
• Improving audit performance and the overall work environment through proactive improvements

What You Bring

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years lead experience in a warehouse, with at least 1 to 2 years supervisory experience
• High school diploma required; BS degree preferred
• Strong leadership with the ability to delegate, coach, and inspire
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems, ERP tools, and inventory control
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preferred: knowledge of electronics
