Kauai Mechanical Inc., a local mechanical contractor, is looking for a hard-working and motivated individual to join their team in the Warehouse. Being on time, reliable, hardworking and taking initiative is essential.

The Warehouse position works under the supervision of the Installations Department Manager. The primary function is to carry out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory in accordance with purchase orders and job schedules. Their duties include loading orders onto trucks, delivering materials, organizing incoming stock, and putting the appropriate labels on incoming parcels.

In addition to competitive base compensation, we provide the opportunity for a performance-based increase of up to 10% for employees who meet designated criteria. This increase is determined by individual achievement, with no fixed timeframe; however, it can occur as quickly as 60 days! Job Functions

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory control and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Complete daily logs and cycle counting of inventory.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse vehicle.
• Take responsibility for safety performance and program compliance within the warehouse.
• Any additional duties/responsibilities deemed necessary.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate with a variety of personality types.
• Motivated to learn all that is necessary to complete the job.
• Good Attendance.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under constraints and to make the most out of allotted resources.
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple issues.
• Attention to detail and completing work to a deadline.
• Good communication skills.
