Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and calendar management.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and QuickBooks tasks as needed.
  • Support office management activities, including maintaining organized digital files and documentation.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Offer exceptional customer support through various channels, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information related to clients or projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or as a personal assistant is preferred.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus.
