Job Title: Vascular Surgeon

Location: On-site, near Selma, AL

Salary Range: $300K - $400K Negotiable + Sign on Bonus + Relocation Assistance

Schedule: Ideal schedules are 7 days on, 7 days off. A minimum of 10 shifts per month is required.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Vascular Surgeon to provide specialized care for patients with vascular disorders. This position involves performing a variety of diagnostic and surgical procedures while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality surgical care to patients with vascular conditions.
• Perform complex vascular surgical procedures with precision and expertise.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and comprehensive treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on pre- and post-operative care, as well as long-term management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in line with hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Vascular Surgery.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Alabama.
• Demonstrated expertise in vascular surgical techniques and patient care.
• Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.

Compensation Package:

• Bonuses: Attractive sign-on bonuses and quarterly production bonuses (based on wRVUs).

• CME Support: $5,000 annual reimbursement for expenses (CME, memberships, DEA, board certifications).

Referral Program:

• A $4,000 referral bonus is available for any physician who refers a candidate eligible to work as a permanent staff member.
• The referring physician must complete a minimum of 60 shifts, and the referred physician must commit to a minimum of 10 shifts per month (ongoing, not as a locum).
