Job Description

Our client, a leader in the entertainment sphere, is looking for a UX Designer to join their team in supporting the build of user-centric B2B, B2C and POC digital products. From landing pages to robust business portals, they turn detailed requirements into intuitive and powerful experiences.

• Start date: 2/5/25
• Duration: 1 year
• Location: Burbank, CA
• Remote or onsite/hybrid: Hybrid - 3 days onsite (Tue-Thurs)
• Hours/week: 40

Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with design thinking methodologies and frameworks.
• Ability to facilitate design thinking workshops and guide teams through the process from ideation to prototyping.
• Excellent documentation skills for capturing session outputs, observations, and results clearly and comprehensively.
• Ability to create detailed, visually appealing reports and presentations that convey insights effectively. Ex. Personas, User Journeys, Flow Maps, Affinity Maps.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into Wireframes to high fidelity Interactive Prototypes.
• Must also be versed in Visual Design, Design System, Branding / Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Mobile Native Design, Responsive Web Design.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, design, product, and development teams to integrate findings into projects.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research findings.
• Ability to identify key patterns, insights, and trends from user feedback and data.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of product design experience
• Advanced knowledge in Figma.
• Experience in designing enterprise software or internal software.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field
• Portfolio showcasing end to end thinking in case study format.
